Delaney Receives 100% Score from League of Conservation Voters

This week the League of Conservation Voters (LCV) released their National Environmental Scorecard for 2016. Congressman John K. Delaney of Maryland’s Sixth District received a perfect 100% rating from LCV.

According to LCV, “The 2016 Scorecard includes a record-breaking 38 votes in the U.S. House of Representatives, topping the previous high of 35 votes in the 2014 and 2015 National Environmental Scorecards, and reflecting that it remains the most anti-environmental U.S. House in history.”

In addition to his strong voting record on environmental issues, Congressman Delaney is the author of legislation to reduce carbon pollution and tackle climate change and is a member of the Sustainable Energy and Environment Coalition and the bipartisan Climate Solutions Caucus.
